The question is: what (C++ runtime/NET framewor/...) have I to download to present this file in Windows 7? I tried the System32 folder, I tried the SysWOW64 folder, I even tried the normal system folder. It is not hard to ... Before we begin, have a look at the errors in the screenshot below.
